ENVNIX provides a comprehensive range of professional digital and design solutions, including strategic branding, custom logo design, visual systems, website design & UI/UX development, social media creative production, packaging design, and performance-based marketing. The specific deliverables, project scope, timelines, and budgets will be confirmed and detailed in a separate written service agreement prior to commencing any creative project.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in our contact or brand evaluation forms. You also agree not to use our website, assets, or systems for any unlawful, unauthorized, or disruptive purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or network security infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, graphics, interactive widgets, custom typography settings, branding assets, logos, video assets, and photographic compositions displayed on this website are the proprietary property of ENVNIX or our licensors. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or reusing any material from this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Once a custom design project is finalized and paid for in full, the ownership rights for the bespoke deliverables will transfer to the client as outlined in the individual project contract.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment schedules, milestones, deposits, and final invoicing terms will be explicitly defined in your project contract or statement of work. Failure to process milestone payments on time may result in immediate suspension of design work, postponement of launch schedules, or cancellation of project agreements.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Once a project has officially kicked off and research or conceptual design work has commenced, project cancellations and refund requests will be governed strictly by the provisions specified in the individual service agreement. Refunds are not provided for completed work phases or custom branding deliverables unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ENVNIX, its partners, directors, or employees, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, mockups, or digital assets. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of marketing opportunities.
